Shea D'Amico is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in design and construction management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Design & Construction at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas since August 2022, previous roles include Vice President of Design & Construction at Las Vegas Sands Corp. and Executive Director at Station Casinos. Shea's experience encompasses managing project budgets, conducting bid meetings, and coordinating project completion while ensuring adherence to timelines and financial parameters. Additionally, Shea has a strong foundation in financial analysis and reporting, developed during tenure as an Analyst, and began a career as a Project Intern at Williams Brother, inc. Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Construction Management and Architecture from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
