Pawan Kuldip

Pawan Kuldip has a diverse work experience, starting with an Inplant Trainee role at Tube Products of India in 2009 and an Inplant Trainee role at L & T-MIPD, Kansbahal, Orissa in 2009. Pawan then became an Intern at QuScient in 2010, followed by a Human Resources Trainee role and a Human Resources Executive role at Grace Davison Chemicals India Private Limited in 2010. In 2013, they became Assistant Manager - People Services (HR) at DaVita Care India Pvt. Ltd., where they worked on strategies and execution in talent acquisition for all departments and all levels. In 2017, they joined Thoucentric as Lead - Human Resources & Admin and set up HR processes, formulated Policies, helped in scaling up Operations, implemented HRMS System-Stratemis HR (Lounge), Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Relations & Grievance redressal, Compensation & benefits, Immigration, Fun at work, Annual Increments, Legal & Business Administration, and Employee Separation. In 2020, they became Head of Human Resources at Discover Dollar Inc.

Pawan Kuldip's education history consists of four distinct degrees. Pawan obtained a Pre University degree from Government College, Rourkela in 2001, a BSc in Zoology from Loyola College in 2005, an MA in Philosophy from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya in 2008, and an MSW in Human Resource Management from Madras Jobs in 2010. Additionally, they hold a certification in HR Analytics.
