Cara Dean

Cara Dean is an accomplished recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategy. Currently serving as Director of Experienced Hire Recruiting at Discover Financial Services since February 2019, Cara oversees global recruiting efforts across all business segments. Previously, Cara held the role of Director of Recruiting for Global Technology & Payment Services at Discover, where strategic oversight and team leadership were key responsibilities. Prior to joining Discover, Cara held various senior roles at CDW, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, and worked at OfficeMax, Capital H Group, and ComEd in roles focused on recruiting and business analysis. Cara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2002.
