Gaurav Gaikwad

Gaurav Gaikwad is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in technical product management across various industries. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Discover Financial Services since May 2023, Gaurav previously held key roles at Yum! Brands, Takeda, and NEOGOV, where significant achievements included launching a Store & Menu Management Product that enhanced user engagement and leading a re-architecture of eCommerce microservices to improve performance and customer satisfaction. With a strong technical foundation established as a software engineer, Gaurav has also founded Think it Loud and developed innovative financial advisory applications. Gaurav holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Information Systems from Illinois State University and advanced executive education in Product Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
