Mark Stasch

Mark Stasch is a highly experienced professional in product ownership and software engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Discover Financial Services since March 2015. Mark has led application development teams through numerous transitions and oversaw significant initiatives related to application modernization and automation. With a strong focus on technical and people leadership, Mark has managed teams comprising both full-time employees and contractors while successfully navigating organizational changes and driving team development. Prior to Discover, Mark held various project management roles at NTT DATA Corporation, Follett Higher Education Group, and other organizations, where Mark gained extensive experience in managing enterprise-wide projects, vendor relationships, and application development processes. Mark holds an MBA in Leadership & Change Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a B.S. in Management Marketing Information Systems from St. Joseph's College (IN).
