Matt Dicksion

Matt Dicksion is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer at Discover Financial Services since November 2022, Matt has developed robust threat detection and cloud infrastructure solutions. Previously at UKG, Matt worked as a Cyber Security Analyst specializing in incident response and automation through Python scripting. Additional roles include Director of Information Services at Na Hoku Jewelers, where Matt oversaw IT operations for a major retail organization, and Information Security Engineer at Referentia Systems Inc., focusing on enhancing clients' IT security frameworks. Prior experience also includes senior positions in sales engineering and engineering management, supported by dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer and Information Sciences and Physics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
