Megan currently serves as the Vice President, Business Risk at Discover Financial Services where Megan oversees the Business Risk and Internal Controls function. Megan previously held leadership roles at Dell Financial Services, PNC Financial Services, and Capital One, where Megan demonstrated expertise in compliance program management and risk assessment. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from William & Mary, Megan is well-equipped to lead strategic risk management initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance within organizations.
