Rajinder Grewal serves as the Vice President and Business Risk Officer for Data and Analytics at Discover Financial Services, leading the first line of defense in business risk and overseeing Enterprise Data Management programs. With extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Payments Program Management and Director of Internal Controls, Rajinder has a strong track record in risk management, compliance, and operational excellence across payment services. An expert in regulatory compliance and risk analysis, contributions include managing audits and compliance initiatives, as well as enhancing processes through a data-driven culture. Rajinder holds an MBA with an emphasis in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul University, alongside dual Bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Currently, participation in the Harvard Business Analytics Program further enhances skill sets in business analytics.
