Amberley Humphries has worked in Human Resources for the past seven years. In 2016, they began working as a Human Resources Generalist for DiscoverTec, where they were responsible for providing excellent customer service to employees, customers, and vendors. Amberley also maintained confidentiality of all personnel/company-related information. Prior to this role, they worked at EverBank as a Recruiting Coordinator and Payroll Clerk from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they managed the completion of candidate applications, background check/release forms, and drug testing. Amberley was also responsible for preparing/compiling/submitting and managing the documentation required in various stages of the recruiting process. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an HR Assistant and Intern at AMR Management Services. In their role as HR Assistant, they were responsible for all aspects of the HR Department, including general administration, updating HR spreadsheets and databases, and preparing and submitting reports. During their internship, they worked with the American Academy on Communication in Healthcare, designing educational programs to serve the communication needs of the healthcare arena.

Amberley Humphries received their Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2013. Amberley then attended Florida International University, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication, General in 2015. In 2019, Amberley obtained four certifications from LinkedIn: Introduction to the PHR Certification Exam, Learning to Be Promotable, Unconscious Bias, and Human Resources Foundations.
