Jay Flores

Jay Flores is the Founder and CEO of Invent The Change LLC, established in January 2021, with a mission to inspire young minds in STEM fields. Simultaneously, Jay serves as a Mystery Science Guide for Discovery Education, fostering curiosity in children during their formative years. As the host for Make48, Jay enhances the PBS innovation documentary series, inviting participants of all ages to solve challenges. Previously, Jay worked at Rockwell Automation as a Global STEM Ambassador, focusing on enriching the STEM talent pipeline, and held various positions including Channel Account Manager and Associate Sales Engineer at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, where Jay gained significant media exposure. Jay has contributed to the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers in various leadership roles, and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with additional study abroad experience at Universidad de Puerto Rico and further education at Yale School of Management.
