Kelly Hines possesses extensive experience in educational leadership and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness & People Experience and Vice President of Partner Success at Discovery Education since April 2014. Prior roles include Senior Director at Discovery Education and Senior Manager of Community Engagement. Kelly has also contributed as a teacher in various school districts and has expertise as a SMART trainer, certified to provide professional development for educators. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Master's in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Wilkes University, complementing a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
