Kyle Gager

Kyle Gager has a diverse work experience in human resources, starting with their current role as a Human Resources Director at Halozyme, Inc. Here, they provide HR leadership in alignment with the corporate growth strategy and is responsible for various HR functions, including partnership with key executives, HR integration of acquisitions, retention initiatives, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and governance. Kyle also manages and develops HR talent.

Prior to their current role, Kyle worked as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at Campbell Soup Company. Before that, they held various roles at Lockheed Martin, including HR Business Partner Manager, HR Business Partner Senior Staff, Total Rewards & Performance Management Staff, Senior HR Business Partner, and Employment Representative. In these positions, they provided integrated HR leadership, strategic and operational HR support, talent management consultation, and total rewards program management.

Kyle's early work experience includes a role as a Recruiter at Aerotek.

Kyle Gager completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech from 2001 to 2005. After a gap of four years, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development from Drexel University from 2009 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Kyle also obtained a certification in Change Management from Prosci in February 2017.
