Pete Weir

Pete Weir serves as the Chief Product Officer at Discovery Education since August 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Product at Bankrate.com for a brief period during late 2017, and as Vice President of Digital Marketing/Product at Red Ventures from December 2015 to December 2017. Prior to this, Pete held a managerial position in Strategy and Operations at Deloitte Consulting from October 2012 to December 2015, and was involved in business development at Windsor Circle, Inc. from March 2011 to March 2012. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, a Research Assistant at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and a Research Associate at The Advisory Board Company. Pete Weir holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Richmond.
