ANDREIA DE JESUS SANTOS

Andréia de Jesus Santos has a substantial work experience in the hospitality industry. ANDREIA started their career in 2010 with an extracurricular internship at Eurostars das Artes. In 2011, they completed a curricular internship at Porto Trindade Hotel. The following year, Andréia worked as a Front Office Agent at Hotel Pão de Açúcar until 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Front Office and Reservations Agent at Eurostar Hotels' Rio Douro Hotel & SPA. Andréia then joined Discovery Hotel Management in 2017, where they began as a Front Office and Reservations Agent and worked their way up to Supervisor of the front office and reservations department. Most recently, they have been working as the Assistant Front Office Manager and is currently the Front Office Manager at Discovery Hotel Management.

ANDREIA'sundergraduate studies were completed from 2008 to 2011 at the Instituto Superior de Ciências Empresariais e do Turismo. ANDREIA obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, focusing on areas such as Hotel Management, Marketing, and Revenue management.
