Mara Leitão

Mara Leitão started their work experience in 2007 with Hays PLC, where they served as a Team Leader in the Tourism & Leisure division. Hays is a global recruiting group that specializes in finding qualified professionals worldwide. Mara worked there until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Grupo Azinor & SANAHotels as a Human Resources Manager, focusing on Recruitment & Selection. During their tenure, they were responsible for managing the HR functions of an international trading company and a hotel chain. In 2017, Mara joined Discovery Hotel Management as the Human Resources Director, a position they currently hold.

Mara Leitão obtained a Licenciatura degree in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada. Mara completed their studies at the institute from 2001 to 2006.
