Will Chandler

Will Chandler has a diverse work experience in the IT staffing and consulting industry. Will is currently a partner with Rumba Solutions at Discovery IT Group, where they specialize in providing technology solutions to businesses. Prior to this role, they served as the CEO and President of Discovery IT Group, where they played a key role in finding top talent for IT departments and projects.

Before joining Discovery IT Group, Will worked as a National Account Manager at DISYS, where they developed and managed key accounts for global fortune 500 and 1000 companies. During their time at Randstad USA, they served as a Senior Account Manager, responsible for engaging with clients for staffing and consulting engagements in the technology field. Will successfully acquired new clients and managed existing ones.

Earlier in their career, Will worked as an Account Manager/Recruiter at AmeriTech, specializing in recruiting IT and account management roles. Will also held a role as a Business Development Associate at Cornerstone Staffing Solutions.

Will Chandler attended the University of South Carolina from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Marketing.
