Anthony Endy

Anthony Endy currently serves as the Director of Culinary at Discovery Land Company since April 2022. Prior to this role, Anthony held the position of Director of Culinary at Alisal Guest Ranch and Resort from August 2017 to April 2022. Anthony's culinary career includes significant experiences as Director of Culinary and Corporate Chef at Paul Martin's American Grill, as well as General Manager and Executive Chef at Rooney's Pub and Brewery. Anthony also worked as Director of Operations at Los Olivos Wine Merchant & Cafe and held various culinary positions at Wine Cask and Intermezzo at Fess Parker Inn, Historic Santa Maria Inn, and Chef Rick's Ultimately Fine Foods.
