Kalai Aluli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer resource management and luxury hospitality operations. Currently serving as a Senior System Support Specialist at Discovery Land Company since July 2018, Kalai has successfully sourced and built a global CRM system, enhancing operational efficiency and providing comprehensive training across various properties. Previously, Kalai was a Partner at The JK&L Group, specializing in high-end developer sales, and held key positions in resort administration, sales, and marketing at Peninsula Papagayo, Mauna Kea Resort, and Discovery Land Company. Kalai's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an Associate's degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Hawai‘i System.
