Keith Coldon

Keith Coldon currently serves as the Senior Manager of HR Operations and HRIS (Workday) at Discovery Land Company since October 2023. Previously, Keith held several managerial roles, including Manager of HR Operations/HRIS at Nowsta, where responsibilities included leading organizational development initiatives and managing a team to create business dashboards. At Capsule, Keith contributed to the development of People reporting during a significant company growth phase and established a centralized People Data metrics system. Prior to that, Keith worked at Boulevard implementing People Operations procedures and enhancing the Total Rewards strategy. Keith has substantial experience in HR Shared Services and Technology, notably supporting HelloFresh's growth and leading Workday HCM implementation. Education includes a Certificate in HR Analytics from Cornell University and a BA in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
