Martin Bell

Martin Bell has over 20 years of experience in the development and commercial sectors, working in various senior roles in companies such as Discovery Land Company, Diriyah Gate Development Authority, Dubai International Financial Centre, and more. Martin's expertise includes project management, procurement, and commercial operations, with a focus on high-end real estate projects in the Middle East.

Martin Bell completed their RICS degree at Anglian Ruskin University from 1987 to 1990. Martin then pursued an MBA in Construction & Real Estate at Reading University from 2000 to 2001, focusing on PGDip Proj Man, FRICS, AMInstCES, ACIArb. In 2012 to 2013, they attended the International Institute of Leadership Studies for a Certified Leadership Programme.
