Samiah Amirah Digan, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Samiah Amirah started their career at DriveTime in 2015, where they worked as an HR Recruiter and later in a general Human Resources role. In 2018, they moved to P.F. Chang's, where they held multiple roles, including Talent Acquisition Partner and Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner for Corporate & Field Operations. Their most recent role at P.F. Chang's was as a Talent Acquisition Leader. In 2022, they joined Discovery Land Company as the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager before being promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition later that year.

Samiah Amirah Digan earned their Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition from Arizona State University in 2011. In July 2019, they obtained their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
