Justine Thomas

Justine Thomas serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Discovery Limited since September 2016, managing the training portfolio and leading a team of Training Consultants to implement effective induction and ongoing training programs. Prior roles include Training Manager at Discovery Limited, where responsibilities included developing learning strategies, assessing training needs, and evaluating program effectiveness, along with previous experience as a Training Team Leader and Training Consultant. Prior to Discovery Limited, Justine held roles at Vitality UK as a Quality Assurance Auditor and at PruProtect as a Telephone Account Manager. Justine is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom Honours in Human Resources Development from Regent Business School and holds a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Human Resources Management from Central University of Technology, Free State.
