Kim Lerena

Kim Lerena (Backos) possesses extensive experience in leadership and management roles within the Discovery Group. Currently serving as General Manager for Research & Development and Head of Special Projects at Discovery Limited, Kim has previously held roles including Deputy General Manager and Divisional Manager at Discovery Health, as well as R&D Product Manager. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Pretoria and an International Diploma in Teaching & Training from the City & Guilds of London Institute.
