Nikki Williams Hill

Nikki Williams Hill, PhD has over 20 years of experience in education, fundraising, non-profit leadership, community advocacy, and youth development. Nikki is the Chief Learning Officer at Discovery Place since 2023. Previously, they were the President and Founder of Village First Consulting from 2019 to 2023. Additionally, they held various roles at EdVenture Children's Museum from 2005 to 2023, including Executive VP, Noyce Fellow, and 20 under 40 recipient. Prior to that, Nikki worked as a Kindergarten Teacher at Richland School District One from 2001 to 2004.

Nikki Williams Hill, PhD, received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia International University. Nikki completed this program from 2021 to 2023. Prior to their PhD, they earned a Master's degree in Reading and literacy from Walden University, which they pursued from 2002 to 2004. In earlier years, from 1997 to 2001, they attended Columbia College, where they obtained a degree in Early childhood and Elementary Education. The field of study for this degree is unspecified.
