Alison Raab

Alison Raab is an accomplished professional in the senior living sector with extensive experience in leadership and resident services. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Discovery Senior Living since March 2019, Alison has also held the roles of Director of Resident Services and Director of Celebrations within the same organization. Prior to this, Alison was the Salus Coach (Activities Director) at Tessera of Westchase from March 2019 to November 2019, and worked as a Marketing Coordinator at University Community Hospital from 2004 to 2006. Alison Raab holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Development/Psychology from Auburn University.
