Erich Hagen

Erich Hagen is a skilled mechanical engineer with a robust background in product development and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Product Development Engineer at DISHER since May 2024, Erich previously worked in a similar capacity at Neapco from June 2021 to May 2024, where responsibilities included the development of vehicle interface components, slip yokes, flanges, and propshafts. Prior experience includes a position at DISHER in early 2021 aiding in model development for new suppliers, and serving as a Graduate Assistant at Grand Valley State University from January 2020 to April 2021, where contributions included academic support and skills training in engineering labs. Erich's engineering journey also includes a co-op role at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. and volunteer experience in sports officiating and event staffing. Erich holds a Master's of Science in Engineering and a Bachelor's of Science in Engineering, both in Mechanical Engineering, from Grand Valley State University.
