Arun Tilak

Arun Tilak possesses extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Executive Chef at Dishoom since November 2012, where previous roles include Area Chef, Senior Head Chef, and Head Chef. Prior to Dishoom, Arun worked as Senior Sous Chef at Moti Mahal Deluxe Ltd from July 2005 to November 2012, and as Junior Sous Chef at Beneras - Mayfair from August 2004 to July 2005. Earlier career highlights include the position of Banquet Chef at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar (November 2002 - July 2004), Sous Chef at Glory of India (July 2002 - November 2002), and Chef De Partie at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts (July 2001 - July 2002).
