Nina Panayiodou

Nina Panayiodou is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Dishoom since October 2015, Nina has held multiple leadership roles including Head of Operations, Openings & Area Manager, and General Manager. Prior to this, Nina was the General Manager at Maxwell's Group from May 2011 to October 2015 and also held the position of General Manager at Sticky Fingers in Kensington, London from June 2008 to May 2011.
