Rishi Anand

Rishi Anand has a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Insitute of Hotel Management. Rishi has worked at Old World Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. from June 2006 to August 2012, holding positions such as Sous Chef, Senior Head Chef, and Head Chef. Currently at Dishoom since September 2012, Rishi is the Area Chef for Learning & Development, responsible for Menu Development and training new chefs joining the team.
