Alberto González Pérez

Alberto González Pérez is a highly experienced software developer and technical leader specializing in frontend development and IoT solutions. Currently serving as the Lead Frontend Developer at DISID since April 2023, Alberto coordinates a team focused on developing a product for road maintenance and public infrastructure supervision using an Angular + Nx monorepo. Alberto’s previous roles include Predoctoral Researcher and Full-stack IoT Engineer at GEOTEC: Geospatial Technologies Research Group, where contributions were made to innovative research projects combining IT and psychology, as well as low-cost hardware development. Alberto also held positions as CTO at Trip Around, Full-stack Developer at ubik Geospatial Solutions, and Co-Founder & CEO at VendingOnTime, showcasing a strong entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to advancing technology. Alberto holds a PhD in Computer Science, along with a Master's degree in Intelligent Systems and a Bachelor's in Computer Software Engineering, all from Universitat Jaume I.
