Jagan Thota

Jagan Thota is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT operations and service delivery management. Currently serving as Global Delivery Head for IT Operations at Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Technology since June 2014, Jagan has previously held the role of Service Delivery Manager for Agilent Technologies, NetApp, and Masternaut at HCL Technologies from January 2013 to May 2014, as well as at Teradyne from January 2006 to January 2012. Jagan's educational credentials include completion of the Emerging Leaders Executive Program at Harvard Business School in 2010 and a degree in Business Communication from Harvard University in 2004.
