Hemen Desai

Hemen Desai is currently serving as the Product & Revenue Strategy Lead at Disney Star since October 2023. Prior to this role, Hemen held significant positions at Disney+ Hotstar, where responsibilities included leading agency business and driving revenue growth as Head of Agency Business from February 2020 to October 2023. Earlier experience includes leadership roles at Google Japan as Head of Strategic Partnerships and Google India as Industry Head for Agency Business, along with a history of managing large teams and operations at MediaCom and MAXUS. Hemen's career began in media planning and market research, complemented by a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management focusing on Marketing and a B.Com in Economics and Financial Accounting.
