Angie Kang

Angie Kang is the Deputy Chief Counsel of Hulu at The Walt Disney Company. Angie has a wide range of experience in the legal field, including working as an Associate at Latham & Watkins from September 2008 to August 2011. In this role, they worked on mergers and acquisitions transactions across a wide range of industries, including technology, social media, and entertainment. Angie also has experience in corporate finance, representing issuers and investment banks in connection with equity and debt transactions. In addition, they have experience representing public companies.

Angie Kang earned their Doctor of Law from the University of California, Berkeley and their Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles in policy studies and communication studies.

They work with Jaya Kolhatkar - Chief Data Officer, Hulu, Lukas Wickart - SVP, Finance - Hulu, and Reagan Feeney - SVP, Live TV Content Programming & Partnerships - Hulu. Angie Kang reports to Joe Earley, President, Hulu.
