Cassandra Joy Ecraela serves as the Manager of Talent Sourcing & Research at Disney Experiences, having transitioned to this role in October 2024 after an extensive career at The Walt Disney Company, where Cassandra Joy has held various positions since May 2018. These roles include Manager of Enterprise Talent Sourcing & Research, Senior Sourcer, and HRBP Specialist, focusing on specialized talent acquisition across diverse sectors such as Creative Advertising, Marketing Strategy, Parks Operations, and Disney Cruise Line. Prior to Disney, Cassandra gained valuable experience as an HR and Business Analyst in the hospitality, industrial, and healthcare industries.
