Laurie Heckman, MBA, PMP, MBB, is an experienced leader in transformation and process improvement with a strong background in finance and analytics. Currently serving as the PTP Transformation Director at The Walt Disney Company, Laurie drives major initiatives that optimize a $50 billion annual spend across global procurement operations. Achievements include modernizing and standardizing source-to-pay processes, implementing AI solutions for invoice management, and identifying significant working capital opportunities. Prior to Disney, Laurie held leadership roles at the United States Department of Defense and Northrop Grumman Corporation, where extensive experience in process innovation and technology integration was gained. Holding advanced degrees in business administration, international relations, and leadership, Laurie is also skilled in change management and strategic analysis.
