Paula Maloney

Paula Maloney possesses extensive experience in executive search and talent sourcing, currently serving in these roles at The Walt Disney Company since October 2021. Prior to this position, Paula worked at RMN Electi from September 2012 to October 2021, also focusing on executive search and recruiting. Earlier professional experience includes roles at Dell Technologies, where Paula worked as a Research Associate in Global Talent Acquisition from 2009 to 2012, and at Korn Ferry International from 2007 to 2009 as a Research Associate. Paula holds a Bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from Simmons University.
