Sheetal Gaba Dhamale

Sheetal Gaba Dhamale has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Business HR and People Programs Lead at The Walt Disney Company since March 2020. Prior to this role, Sheetal worked at Pfizer from May 2012 to February 2020, progressing from Business HR Lead to Business HR and Process Lead. Sheetal's career began at ICICI Bank Limited, where a managerial role in human resources was complemented by internship work on recruitment process automation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Medical Representative at Aventis Pharma Limited. Sheetal holds a Master's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Principal K.M. Kundanani College of Pharmacy.
