Jordan Hight

Jordan Hight has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career in 2005 at BearingPoint, where they worked as a Consultant, assisting clients with business transformation, software implementation, and strategy projects. In this role, Jordan contributed to deliverables, maintained project documents, and aimed to maximize value for the clients.

In 2008, Jordan joined TOA Technologies as a Solution Architect, where they utilized their expertise in designing solutions for clients. They remained in this role until 2014.

From 2014 to 2019, Jordan worked at Oracle as a Senior Cloud Manager. In this position, they were responsible for managing cloud-based projects and ensuring the successful implementation and operation of cloud solutions.

In 2019, Jordan joined Dispatch as a Solutions Consultant. They played a crucial role in the company's mission of simplifying service interactions for enterprises and enhancing customer experiences. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Manager Professional Services, demonstrating their competence and dedication. Ultimately, in 2023, they ascended to the position of Director of Professional Services, further exemplifying their skills and leadership qualities. Dispatch is part of the Vista Equity Partners portfolio of software companies in the Endeavor Fund.

Jordan Hight completed an MBA degree in Business from the East Carolina University - College of Business. This education took place from 1999 to 2004. Additionally, Jordan obtained a certification as an Oracle Field Service Cloud 2017 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in September 2017.
