Leah Phuong Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.

In 2010, they began their career at Citi as a Head Teller/Universal Banker, where they provided leadership and guidance to tellers, managed client relationships, and ensured operational requirements were met. Leah Phuong later transitioned to the role of Personal/Small Business Banker, where they developed strategies to grow the client base and achieved recognition for their high performance.

Leah then pursued their passion for web development and attended the General Assembly Web Development Immersive bootcamp in 2015. During the 12-week program, they gained experience in front-end and back-end web development using modern frameworks like EmberJS, Ruby on Rails, and Node.

In 2016, Leah joined Rifiniti as a Front End Web Developer, contributing to the development of a web application for commercial real estate management. Leah Phuong'swork involved building custom UI features using Ruby on Rails, Emberjs, Highcharts, Datatables, Bootstrap, and Sass.

In 2018, they volunteered as a Web Developer at Open Learning Exchange, where they leveraged their skills to contribute to web development projects.

From 2019 to 2021, Leah worked at LeanIX as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, they onboarded and provided ongoing customer success management to a diverse portfolio of customers, including several S&P500 companies from various industries. Leah Phuong acted as the main point of contact, advocated for customers internally, and partnered strategically with them to help achieve their goals.

Most recently, in 2022, Leah joined Dispatch as a Customer Success Manager, where they continue to apply their expertise in managing customer relationships and ensuring their success.

Leah Phuong Nguyen has a diverse education history. In 2002, they attended the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Economics. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, Leah pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance, General from Webster University. Later, in 2015, they completed a Certificate program in Computer Software Engineering at General Assembly.

In addition to their formal education, Leah also holds a certification in Real Time Web with Node.js from Code School. The exact date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
