Bibek Manandhar

Bibek Manandhar has a strong background in software engineering and management. Bibek has held various leadership positions throughout their career. From 2022, they have been working as a Software Engineering Manager at Dispatch, where they implemented the Scrum framework and improved team processes. Prior to that, they founded Mookhoo LLC in 2019 and developed a billing and customer management platform. At Northwestern Mutual from 2020 to 2021, Bibek served as the Mobile Engineering Leader and helped build two engineering teams. Bibek also worked at Foodsby for a brief period in 2019, where they led Agile teams for high-traffic web and mobile applications. Before that, they were a Technical Lead at Perficient and designed Cloud-hosted eCommerce solutions. From 2016 to 2017, Bibek worked as a Senior Engineering Manager at Veritas Technologies LLC, leading projects to improve build and test infrastructure. At Insite Software, they held the roles of Development Manager and Senior Software Engineer, leading teams and implementing B2B eCommerce applications. Earlier in their career, Bibek worked as a Software Engineer at Dow Jones and held multiple roles at Superior Consulting Services and Avery Weigh-Tronix, where they developed various applications and websites.

Bibek Manandhar has a diverse education history. Bibek completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in International Business from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in the years 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato, during the years 2001 to 2003. Additionally, Bibek has acquired additional certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in October 2018, and a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, obtained in 2012.
