Yiga Ngbogbara

Yiga Ngbogbara has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Continuous Improvement Intern at Edwards Garment, where they focused on reducing the time it takes to pick and sort orders for customers and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste.

From 2012 to 2015, Yiga worked as a Project Manager at Keo and Associates, Inc, where they assisted in the bidding process for construction jobs and oversaw the construction of projects such as the Farwell Tennis Court. During this time, they also developed strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

In 2015, Yiga worked as a Project Manager at Kellogg Company, where they revised the document management system using critical thinking and problem-solving tactics. Yiga also coordinated with SAP and Sharepoint systems to streamline business operations. Yiga utilized Six Sigma and Pareto analysis to identify pain points in the system and implemented solutions for improvement.

From 2017 to 2019, Yiga held the position of Industrial Engineer at HOLLINGSWORTH, where they contributed to process improvement initiatives. Yiga then moved on to Realizing Operational Improvement LLC as an Industrial Engineer until 2019, where they utilized their expertise in industrial engineering techniques.

Yiga then joined Soothsayer Analytics as a Jr Data Scientist in 2019 and worked until 2022. In this role, they developed and maintained analytical algorithms and models, performed data mining, and created dashboards using Tableau. Yiga also developed predictive models and machine learning solutions to solve client problems.

Yiga's most recent work experience is with Dispatch, where they currently hold the position of Data Analyst since 2022.

Yiga Ngbogbara pursued a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Western Michigan University, from 2011 to 2015. Following this, from 2019 to 2022, Yiga completed a Master's degree in Computer Science at DePaul University.
