Alice Wheeler

Alice Wheeler has over 25 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Alice started their career in 1992 as a Human Resources Generalist at FoxMeyer Corporation. In 1994, they moved to Educational Credit Management Corporation as the Head of Human Resources & Corporate Services. In 2000, Alice joined Capital One as a Director, Card Association Management, later becoming a Sr. Manager, Visa/MasterCard Operations, and then an HR Consultant. In 2011, Alice took on the role of VP, Human Resources at Best Response Strategies. Alice then moved to Heritage Union in 2007 as the Head of People. In 2012, Alice returned to Capital One as a Sr. Director, HR Client Consulting, then a Director, HR Client Consulting, and finally a Director, Project Management. In 2019, Alice joined Meta as an HRBP Leader, Cross-Meta Products, and an HRBP Leader, Global Infrastructure. Most recently, in 2023, Alice took on the role of Global VP, Head of HR at DispatchTrack.

Alice Wheeler earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University, followed by an MBA in Business Administration from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
