Merdzana Mujkanovic

Merdzana Mujkanovic has a diverse work experience in the fields of architecture, data, and process solutions. Merdzana is currently the Head of Data and Process Solutions at Disperse, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Data and Process Solutions Team Lead at the same company from January 2021 to January 2022. From August 2019 to January 2021, Merdzana served as the UK Delivery Manager at Disperse.

Before joining Disperse, Merdzana worked as a Project Manager at Asocijacija arhitekata u BiH from September 2018 to August 2019. During this time, they were involved in the development of the first platform for outsourcing architectural services.

Merdzana also has experience as an Architect/Urban Planner at OBITER ARCHITECTURE LTD. from October 2017 to September 2018, as well as at OSNAP from March 2017 to August 2017. Merdzana started their career as an Architect/Urban Planner at AHAKNAP, where they worked from 2012 to 2015.

In addition to their professional career, Merdzana has also served as an Architect intern at Publicum Sarajevo from April 2012 to October 2012. Merdzana also worked as a Teaching Fellow at the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Architecture from September 2011 to August 2012.

Merdzana Mujkanovic pursued an International Baccalaureate Programme at the American International School Kuwait from 2004 to 2006. Merdzana then attended the University of Sarajevo, Faculty of Architecture, earning a Bachelor of Architecture degree from 2006 to 2009. Later, they completed their Master of Architecture degree at the same institution from 2009 to 2011. Mujkanovic furthered their education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and obtained an MSc in Regional and Urban Planning from 2015 to 2016.
