Jason Crawford

Jason Crawford has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason began their career at Charter Communications in 1999, where they worked as a Service Technician and later as a Maintenance Technician. Jason then progressed to the role of Chief Technician, overseeing all technical operations in Henry County, Georgia. During their time at Charter Communications, they successfully launched new services, such as video on demand and high definition, and played a key role in staff recruitment and development.

In 2011, Jason joined Charter Business as a Network Technician, responsible for overseeing the installation of fiber customers and maintaining existing services. Jason collaborated with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of installations and made improvements to enhance service quality based on customer needs.

Since 2015, Jason has been working at Dispersive Networks, Inc. Initially, they served as a Network and Customer Service Engineer III, before taking on the role of Sr. Customer Solutions Engineer. In their current position as a Senior Solutions Engineer, Jason is directly responsible for coordinating and executing end-to-end customer solutions using the Dispersive Virtualized Network product. Their responsibilities include planning, designing, implementing, and deploying customer solutions, as well as providing support and training.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong technical expertise and a customer-focused approach, ensuring the success and satisfaction of customers.

Jason Crawford completed their high school education at Henry County High School from 1993 to 1997, earning a High School Diploma with a Vocational Seal of Endorsement. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include an "Internetworking with TCP/IP" certification from Jones/NCTI, acquired in 2006; a "Fiber Optics Technician" certification from Jones/NCTI, received in 2000; an "Installer Technician" certification from Jones/NCTI, obtained in 1999; a "Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)" certification from Cisco, acquired in January 2015; and a "Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT)" certification, also from Cisco, obtained in October 2014. Most recently, in August 2021, Jason completed training programs including "RPT Training: Terraform Fundamentals-" and "RPT Training: Vault Fundamentals" from River Point Technology.
