Iswaty Aditiyana

Iswaty Aditiyana possesses a robust background in customer success and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Customer Success Manager for the Southeast Asia region at Disprz since September 2022, Iswaty previously held the position of Client Success Manager at Infobip from January to August 2022. Prior to that, Iswaty was at JobStreet Indonesia, contributing as Customer Success - Quality & Development Lead and HR & GA Executive from May 2018 to December 2021. Iswaty's early career includes roles as Operations Assistant & Business Development for NGK SPARK PLUG CO., LTD. and Operational Administration for Pusaka Benjina Resources. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Fisheries and Marine Science Management from IPB University and a Master’s degree in Fisheries Business Management from Universitas Satya Negara Indonesia, along with additional studies related to sustainable cities at Lund University and scuba diving certifications.
