Vanajakkshi Nagharajun

Vanajakkshi Nagharajun has a diverse work experience with two prominent companies. They started their career in 2014 as a Learning Solutions Designer at Cognizant, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, they joined disprz as a Skilling Architect, and then became an Associate Director - Customer Experience Operations in 2022.

Vanajakkshi Nagharajun's educational journey began in 2003 when they enrolled at Thiagarajar College of Engineering. Vanajakkshi pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation & Electronics and successfully completed their studies in 2007. After a gap of several years, in 2019, they decided to further enhance their knowledge in the field of Human Resources Management and Services. To achieve this, they attended the XLRI - VIL Programs, where they completed a program known as EDPHRM.
