Basar Sahin

Basar Sahin is the Managing Director at ICM Consulting Ltd, a specialist international construction contracts and claims consultancy firm. Basar is also on the FIDIC President's List of Approved Adjudicators, serves as the Country Representative for Turkey at the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation, and is a Board Member and Treasurer at the Society of Construction Law Turkey. With experience in various roles at companies such as ALSTOM Transport, ARB Inc., Balfour Beatty - Ortiz JV, and Modern Continental Construction Company, Basar has a strong background in the construction industry. Basar holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an LLM in Construction Law from Robert Gordon University.
