Luis Fukunaga

Luis Fukunaga is the CEO and Founder of e2c Consulting Group since January 2020, specializing in dispute boards, contract management, and strategic advisory within various sectors including transport, energy, and health across Latin America, the Caribbean, Asia, and Africa. In addition, Luis serves as a Dispute Board Practitioner with the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation and is a postgraduate professor focused on project and construction management at Postgrado UPC. Previous roles include Country Manager for Egis, CEO of AENZA, and various engineering positions at Skanska, COSAPI, and Philipp Holzmann Ag. Luis holds multiple advanced degrees in project management, contract law, and entrepreneurship from prestigious institutions such as King's College London and Harvard University, complemented by a foundational degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Piura.
