Nichole Garrett

Nichole Garrett is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at DISQO since April 2024. Prior to this role, Nichole was the Head of People Operations at Meltano, where responsibilities included developing a competitive employee value proposition and building a comprehensive HR infrastructure. With a strong background in aligning workforce strategies with business goals, Nichole held the position of Director of People Operations - Global at ESL Gaming, overseeing a significant budget and managing a team across major global markets.
