Summer Marketing Intern - Graphic Design

Every summer, Disruptive Technologies (DT) invites talented students to join us for an 8-10-week program in our Oslo or Trondheim office. It is our social responsibility to give interns an opportunity to learn, explore, and experience how exciting marketing in the real world can be. Our philosophy is pretty simple: instead of giving interns the tedious tasks that we hate doing, we try to give them exciting tasks that everyone wants to work on.

About the Internship

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing

department through a variety of mediums: print, digital, and video. You will work closely with the Head of Brand Marketing and will assist the Marketing Team with the development and design of sales collateral, videos, social media posts, and graphics.

This is a paid internship period, starting from the middle of June and lasting until August. The dates are flexible.

Your strengths and preferences 

• Design-focused major

• Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals

• Experience with InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Experience with shooting and Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects

• Ability to show previous design work i.e., a developing portfolio, university projects, or any solo work that reflects your skills

• Professional working proficiency in English. Norwegian is not required.
